Ben comes from a long line of construction entrepreneurs, so trades and co-founding Alliance was a natural fit. He focuses on new and ongoing client relationships, business development and project management for the larger projects. He’s an active member of the Victoria Golf Club and enjoys maximizing time outside with his family on this gorgeous island he calls home.
Joe started in carpentry but was drawn to electrical and the future of clean, renewable energy. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations and overseeing logistics with the crew. On the ground, he ensures the team is up to speed, on time and that morale is high always. Joe maintains a responsive, good core group to deliver fantastic work with exceptional service. In his downtime, he loves golf and camping with his family at their Cowichan Lake lot.
